What does one first eat in New York?

Well besides the turkey sub Gambit and I split at JFK, our first meal was actually Chinese delivered.

I was curious to try out the home delivery system as I was told that you can pretty much get anything delievered in New York.

I went onto http://www.grubhub.com searched for the closest Chinese place – which happened to be Abby Chinese – and ordered what American’s call an egg roll, some sweet & sour chicken and shredded pork with string beans.

I was a bit disappointed when my screen confirmation said it would take 60-90 minutues but was absolutely stunned when it came within 20 minutes!

The food was great, not greasy or oily, and the portion size was massive. There was enough left over to have for our second night’s dinner!

I’m pretty sure we will be hitting up Grub Hub in the near future.
