One thing I noticed during our South American cruise was how many dogs were at each port. Here are some of all the different dogs I saw..
Buenos Aires, Argentina
The dog on the top was “guarding” outside a church. His owner was off having a snack.
The two dogs on the bottom were sitting outside a corner store waiting for their owner.
The dog on the top was outside a police station. The dog on the bottom was tied up at the San Telmo market.
The dog on the top seemed to be owned by a homeless guy who thought it was funny to show me the “tricks” he had trained the dog, like pointing him and shooting it so it falls down, and kicking it.
The dogs on the bottom were just random dogs on the streets of Puerto Varas.
The dog on the top and the first one on the bottom were at the llama farm. The other two dogs on the bottom were also roaming the streets of Puerto Varas.
The two dogs on the top were found lying on the ground outside the ship at the port. The one on the bottom left was found around the tour booths, and the one on the right is walking with his owner outside the ship.
These two dogs were found hanging out on the streets of Punta Arenas.
Punta Del Este
These two dogs were taken at the different art galleries we went to. The top one was a bit scary of humans while the one on the bottom hung out with me for a while.
The dog on the left is a random dog on the street and the one on the left is a customs dog taking a break and playing with its owner.
After seeing so many dogs on this trip, it really made me think about getting one….. perhaps when we move out of our shoebox apartment….
